Intake & Waitlist

What Happens Next?
Once you submit the Interest Form, our team will review it within 3–5 business days. If services are currently available in your area, we’ll follow up with next steps to complete the full intake process.

Submitting this form helps us learn more about your family’s needs — it’s the first step, but not a guarantee of services yet.

If not, we’ll invite you to join our waitlist so we can contact you when services are available in your area.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if my child is eligible for ABA therapy?
How does the ABA therapy process work at Little Agents ABA?
Does insurance cover ABA therapy, and what costs will I be responsible for?
Eligibility typically depends on having a formal autism diagnosis from a qualified provider (such as a developmental pediatrician, psychologist, or neurologist) and active health insurance that covers ABA services. If your child does not yet have a diagnosis, we can connect you with trusted providers for evaluation.
We start with an intake and assessment to learn about your child’s strengths, challenges, and goals. Then, we create a personalized treatment plan and match your family with a trained RBT under the supervision of a BCBA. Services are delivered in-home, in-school, in the community, or virtually, depending on your family’s needs. Progress is reviewed regularly, and goals are updated as your child grows.
Most major insurance plans cover ABA therapy for children with an autism diagnosis. Coverage varies by plan, so we’ll verify your benefits before starting services. You may still be responsible for copays, coinsurance, or deductibles. We will review all costs with you before services begin so there are no surprises.
